This has become my primary shampoo. My scalp gets itchy and flakey when the temperature changes. This product is the most effective for me.

Product has a slight tar odor. However, if used on a daily basis, DHS works to control my psoriasis problem. I've tried other shampoos but nothing controls my psoriasis issues like DHR.

2.9% Solubilized Coal Tar Extract (Equivalent To 0.5% Coal Tar) Purified Water, TEA Lauryl Sulfate, Sodium Chloride, PEG-8 Distearate, Cocamide DEA, Cocamide MEA And Citric Acid

Wet hair thoroughly, apply a liberal amount and massage into a rich lather. Allow lather to remain on scalp for several minutes. Rinse hair and repeat application. For best results use at least twice a week or as directed by a physician.
